Kratom Utah Requirements
In 2019, Utah became the first state to regulate kratom with the passing of the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA). Pursuant to Section 4-45-107 of the Utah Code, every batch of kratom product distributed or available for distribution to an end consumer in Utah must be third party tested for specific adulterants by an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited lab.

Anresco Laboratories utilizes inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) to screen for the “Big 4” heavy metals commonly found in kratom.

Step 3
Submit an Order
Submit your order via portal and either request a sample pickup or advise the likely arrival date if you elect to drop off the sample in person or via mail.
Step 4
Receive Results
Your Certificates of Analysis and/or other deliverables will be emailed to you as tests are completed. They will also be downloadable from the client portal.
