Kratom Utah Requirements
Utah Rule R66-52, effective September 22, 2025, mandates strict testing for kratom products, managed by the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) Specialized Products Division. It ensures safety and purity by requiring testing for impurities, heavy metals, and proper alkaloid labeling, with products needing to be on an approved list to be legally sold.

Submit your order via portal and either request a sample pickup or advise the likely arrival date if you elect to drop off the sample in person or via mail.
Step 4
Receive Results
Your Certificates of Analysis and/or other deliverables will be emailed to you as tests are completed. They will also be downloadable from the client portal.
