Residual Solvent Testing

Residual Solvent Testing

When manufacturing cannabis concentrates, chemical solvents are often used to extract the active compounds from the resin glands of the plant matter. While effective in producing highly concentrated extracts, the residual solvents are often not completely purged from the finished product, which can be hazardous to health if inhaled or consumed.

Anresco Laboratories can test for a variety of solvents, including all 20 required by California Department of Cannabis Control. Contact us to learn about our capabilities for solvents not on this list.
