Kratom Oregon Requirements
With the passing of House Bill 4010, all processors engaged in the sale or distribution of kratom products in Oregon are required to third party test each batch of product as of July 1, 2023. These requirements are specified in OAR 150-475-6020, following the same testing standards for adulterants as the existing Oregon cannabis and hemp industries.
Anresco Laboratories has extensive experience complying with Oregon hemp regulations and have the expertise required to navigate Oregon’s newly regulated kratom market. Contact us today for a quotation on the following analytes.
